🍂Les cinnamon rolls c’est tellement quelque chose! Recette en détails ⬇️ Ingrédients : Pour la brioche: 250 ml de lait tiède 10. G de levure boulangère. 20 g de sucre 2 Œufs 565 g de farine 75 g de beurre (pour la brioche) Pour la garniture : 130 g de beurre mou (pour la garniture) 220 g de vergeoise 3 ou 4 cuillères à café de cannelle Pour la crème glaçage 200 g de Philadelphia 60 g de sucre glace 3 cuillères à soupe de lait Une cuillère à café d’extrait de vanille Instruction : Dans un bol, on va faire diluer notre levure boulangère dans le lait tiède, et on laisse reposer 10 minutes après les 10 minutes, la levure moussé et on rajoute le sucre, les œufs et la farine. On va pétrir pendant 5 minutes au robot ou avec les mains. puis on vient de rajouter notre beurre et on pétri de nouveau pendant cinq à 10 minutes, on laisse reposer à température ambiante notre patte couvert d’un torchon 1h30 à 2h et 10 minutes avant la fin de ces deux heures on passe à la garniture à la cannelle, dans un bol en mélange, le beurre, mou avec la vergeoise et la cannelle. On prend notre pate, on va venir l’étaler à une épaisseur de 1/2 cm en forme de grand rectangle, et on étale notre garniture par-dessus. On vient rouler notre pâte sur elle-même et on coupe au couteau ou au fil alimentaire ou alors comme moi sur la on coupe avec une roulette en bandelette de 5 cm qu’on va faire venir rouler en escargot, on laisse pousser 20 minutes, puis, on va enfourner à 170° pendant 20 minutes. Pour la le glaçage il faut notre Philadelphia auquel en rajoute petit à petit le sucre glace et le lait avec la vanille jusqu’à obtenir la bonne consistance.
