So true! I tried losing weight for years with a “healthy diet” and exercise. I only put on more weight. No one is actually taught what foods to eat. Now I’ve realised what works for me. Anti-inflammatory diet along side very light exercises and being in a calorie deficit. I’ve realised it is actually a skill to know exactly what to eat. It’s so nice to finally be skinny again.

I recognized i’m gluten intolerant, lost instead 10kg by eating low carb. Also i stopped having brain fog, bad skin, being bloating etc. Insane

I eat once a day after 1pm and fasting every Monday and Thursday weekly and i dont eat my medication anymore. No sugar anymore. I also take black seed oil, senna tea, cloves tea and other herbal teas. Im 62 X size from 4xl.
