Unexpected, simple, and it made me stop and think about all of you Over the past 7 years, you, the women in ca**a have shown me compassion, community and picked me up, at times when I was on my knees. Sometimes as simple as reposting my words, when I didn’t have the strength to keep saying them.  It reminds me that women are not just participants here, they are drivers for change in ca**a culture and reform. It puts a big smile on my face watching women reclaim agency and legitimacy in spaces where they have been silenced for so long. Thank you always to our mothers and grandmothers, who held the torch and kept our beautiful plant underground for over 100 years.  The future of ca**a looks bright with women at the helm, it looks like community led healing, spaces to share stories and evidence based compassionate care, no stigma to be seen. This, this is what I am here for. A shakeup of the systems that no longer serve us. I ask you today lift these women up.
