As a woman it embarrasses me how woman officers are consistently so bad at de-escalating situations like this. I watch a lot of arrest videos and it’s a common thing I see… not saying all woman officers but a good majority. It’s even worse here where the other cop try to help de-escalate and she got an attitude about that too.
