dude, anyone that uses that shouldn't dead lift, look it's a total body work out, when I first started i was able to dead lift 380 plus the machine wight, all in all its a bit under 425, when I did a dead lift on a bar my arms were slipping and giving out, I couldn't hold on to the bar, so i dropped the wight down, it's a total body qork out, do it right, no need for that, it's like when people squat half ass or leg press half way????????? drop the wight and build up your muscles guys, dont use that stuff, it's a cheat and belive me if your grib can't handle it, then thats a sign the rest of your body can't, you were warned, thats my favor to humanity for the day, have a good night.
