DONT WASH THEM!! Just coat with oil and salt pop them in the oven on a tray and baking sheet! The pumpkin tastes good with the seeds and it keeps them from going soggy 🙏

those little pumpkins may have the "best" seeds but I aint buying a pumpkin just for seeds. We just use the ones in our carving pumpkins and boil a little longer
