Sat Reskrim Polres Lebak Polda Banten berhasil mengungkap kasus Pembunuhan atau pencurian mengakibatkan kematian pasangan lansia di Kecamatan Malingping Kabupaten Lebak. Korban Bapak Kemed (92) dan Istrinya Hj. Sartimah (72) ditemukan meninggal dunia di kediamannya Kp. Cigarukgak Rt. 009 Rw. 004 Desa Kadujajar kecamatan Malingping, Kabupaten Lebak pada Minggu (24/3/2024) pukul 17.00 wib. Kapolres Lebak AKBP Suyono, SIK didamaikan Kasat Reskrim Polres Lebak AKP Wisnu Adicahya, S.T.K.,S.I.K dalam press Conferece nya menjelaskan,

Selasa (26/3/2024) Kemudian tim Sat Reskrim Polres Lebak melakukan penyelidikan dan Alhamdulillah kita berhasil mengungkap Pelaku Tindak Pidana Tersebut "Pelaku ZN (40) adalah cucu angkat korban berhasil diamankan berikut barang buktinya Uang tunai sebesar Rp.300.000,- (Tiga ratus ribu rupiah) pecahan Rp.100.000,- (Seratus ribu rupiah) sebanyak 2 (Dua) lembar dan pecahan Rp.50.000,- (Lima puluh ribu rupiah) sebanyak 2 (Dua) lembar, 1 (Satu) buah Peci warna hitam,1 (satu) Pakaian lengan panjang berwarna putih dengan tulisan di belakang baju dan bekas bercak darah,1 (satu) Buah Celana Training Pendek berwarna hitam bermotif garis putih dan merah, 1 (satu) Buah Pakaian kemeja wanita berwarna putih dengan bekas bercak darah pada bagian depan baju, 1 (satu) Buah sarung motif batik berwarna coklat cream," ungkapnya. "Adapun Motif Pelaku melakukan Tindak Pidana tersebut ingin menguasai uang tunai yang baru saja di ambil oleh korban laki-laki di Kantor Pos Malingping, yang mana uang tersebut merupakan uang THR korban sebagai pensiunan Guru Agama," terang Suyono. "Pelaku meminjam uang ke korban, namun tidak dikasih sehingga Pelaku marah dan Pelaku ZN menendang kedua korban hingga keduanya tersungkur ke ubin lantai dan tidak sadarkan diri kemudian pelaku mengambil uang milik korban yang di simpan didalam Peci korban," tambahnya. Sementara itu Kasat Reskrim Polres Lebak AKP Wisnu Adicahya, S.T.K.,S.I.K menambahkan, "Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya Pelaku dikenakan Pasal 338 KUHP dengan ancaman penjara selama 15 Tahun atau Pasal 365 ayat (3) dengan ancaman penjara selama 15 Tahun dan Pasal 351 ayat (3) Dengan ancaman penjara Selama 7 Tahun," tegas Wisnu.
