1) Split the deck into halves 2) Watch one half fly out of your hands and onto the floor. 3) Shuffle and play the other half to start the game, picking up the other half while waiting for other players to finish turns. Shuffle that and place it under thebhalf you're playing. 4) Discard tutors because you don't want to go through all that again.

I prefer to split into thirds and shuffle 2 thirds at a time. then you just split and swap
