If you hold a Temporary Partner (subclasses 820 or 309) visa and it has been two years since you lodged your application, you may be eligible to apply for the permanent Partner visa (subclasses 801 or 100). At this stage you will need to: ✔️ Log into your ImmiAccount and start your permanent application ✔️ Provide updated evidence of your ongoing and genuine relationship ✔️ Provide updated police clearances from Australia and any overseas countries lived in for 12 months or more since the initial application. ✔️ Complete a new health assessment (if requested).
