The mental health precautions gets used as a cop out from consequences. Even if he is suffering it don’t remove the fact he can cause real harm. Ppl throw buzz words out there as it this isn’t THEIR family member THEY could not control and needed to call the cops on. But the cops need to do what you couldn’t?
