I've been going to a Podiatrist, I have pain in the upper part of my foot, just below my toes. Only hurts when I walk, he says it's Plantar fasciitis, is this correct? He's just completed Shockwave therapy, but it's still hurting...he says it maybe upto 6 months to heal...

I have sudden pain in the bottom of my foot around the groove of the foot. the pain is like a sudden harsh burning it only stays for a couple second mostly when I'm somewhat stretching to reach something or smt similar

Oh my gosh, I so have paid for that so in the morning I do my stretches in the evening. I do my exercises but I stand on my feet like about six hours three times a day and my feet always hurt.
