either they top is too short, the skirt is not high enough or both because it's supposed to blend in together and look more like a dress then separate pieces. also get a petticoat and adjust the bonnet more like a beret with some of your hair in the front out.

I would recommend pulling the skirt up a little bit so it looks like it's a dress and pulling the hat back like the lady on the ad, you should also add white lacy tights and cute pearl jewelry
