you will have a heavy burden lifted off you when they are all paid off. I never carry a balance but I learned tge hard way too. I think most of us go thru it.

I would close the ones that have been recently open less than 5 yrs old but any cc over 5 years I would keep it open. Credit is very important. You can keep them up & not use them

You know u don't have to physically cut up the cards if u don't have to. I regret closing and cutting up my oldest card.....Store the cards away (hide them) and delete them off ALL apps if u need to
