Open cmd prompt on WiFi setup screen > Ncpa.cpl >disable WiFi > oobe\bypassnro > create local account > ncpa.cpl > turn WiFi back on and you’re good to go

I get a lot of flack for this but I'm going to keep saying it. it is easier to install and learn Linux Mint, then they keep playing runarounds with Microsoft. this is a fact. I'm not super tech savvy, it is such an easy transition from Windows. stop jumping hurdles when all you have to do is open a different door.
