Melt one stick of butter on pan, add vegetables and cook down. Then add flour until right consistency (about 1/2 cup) then add broth and heavy cream, shredded chicken and seasonings. This but with thanksgiving leftovers and use stuffing as the pie crust 🤌🏼 my grandma made this every year and froze it to have as “thanksgiving in July” dinner and I have continued the tradition. It’s cozy and so delicious!
