It does sound like a dose of gastroenteritis. As another commenter said, always make sure you have anti diarrhoea medication (Imodium) on hand, they really help soothe the stomach cramps! Try to keep hydrated with small sips of water, don’t gulp! Hope you’re feeling better soon sweetie xx
