I just wanted Cory to explain that because when I originally made the video and pre @The Angry Sparky video I was just looking at it as the panel was supplies the voltage when clearly it’s not.
maybe easier explanation - when a heavy load like a motor or transformer is first energized you'll have magnetic saturation and "inrush" causing a sag in voltage. The sag in voltage = lights dim
