Air Fried Salmon!  @Bachan’s  Ingredients: Salmon Filets - 4 Rice  Bachan’s Sweet Honey Sauce  Green Beans  Butter - 2tbsp Garlic Salt  Rice Rice Wine Vinegar Furikake Cucumber - 1 Soy Sauce  Fish Sauce  Sesame Oil Sriracha  Korean Chili Flakes  Toasted Sesame Seeds  MSG Directions: 1. Start with your rice. Wash the rice until the water runs clear and then add water that come ups just before your first knuckle. Bring to a boil and then cover immediately. Lower heat to low and let cook for 12mins. Turn off heat for 5mins and then fluff your rice. Add some rice wine vinegar and furikake.  2. I used frozen salmon filet so I defrosted them in a bowl with some cold water. One defrosted dry them off and then season with Bachan’s Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce and some Korean chili flakes and sesame seeds. 3. Air fry the salmon at 400 8 mins and then flip. Air fry for another 6-8mins until the outside starts to caramlize.  4. Thinly slice the cucumber and add to a bowl or container. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, Korean chili flakes, sesame seeds and MSG. Mix everything together and give it a taste to see what you need to add.  5. Add some frozen green beans to a pan and cook for a few minutes before adding in some water. Cover and steam for 5 mins. Add in some cubed butter and garlic salt. Toss to coat.  6. Serve the salmon over a bed of rice topped with some sriracha Mayo.
