Abuse victims often take several tries to leave, its sad but it's the truth. Nobody deserves to go through that, but that doesn't mean OP needs to endure the abuse either. I don't blame him for taking a step back, but it's sad that nobody is looking out for his sister.

I find out you're pregnant with an abuser? anonymous call to cps - i mean theres proof of the abuse or at least there was something if they had restraining order. even if it doesn't help, that's all I'd do.

Why don’t the parents or cousin send for her vs waiting until they can travel to her. She also has the option of going to a shelter. She’s not done with this dude and he’s already been violent to OP, he has to protect his peace and protect his physical wellbeing.

It’s a tricky situation because yes, domestic abuse victims deserve help and we shouldn’t turn our backs on them. But if you think about it, OP is also being abused by literally everyone in his family? Financial, emotional, and then physically from the same abuser his sister has.
