I’m planning a road test in about two months and need a car to drive. Do I need to be on my parents’ insurance, or does the car just need to be insured? Also, is there a place where I can rent a regular car I haven’t driven one of the ten and 2 cars in over a year, and I do not remember how to shift the car into drive and reverse
