it’s useful to have some kind of rules, i.e. eating only sitting at a table and cleaning the dishes right away or throw your clothes only in one place (i have a chair) and once it gets full go through them and clear the chair

Girl i got 2 dogs and a full time job and i go hangout with friends. But you just have to find what works for you. Like for me at 8 pm my dogs go to bed and i clean until i crash. And i do a room every night and friday is just a touch up day. So sat is laundry then chill and sunday is chill day. But i go over my friends place saturday and sunday.
