Might be obvious to you/some, but it’s worth noting that’s COOKED rice he’s adding. You’re not cooking the rice in that sauce, just mixing it together.

Always check for flavor. The Cajun seasoning I used is one I made my own and it’s salt levels are equal to the rest of the seasonings so that’s why I barely used salt
