Learning the languages, being respectful to the countries social norms, learning the traditions, culture, & history isn't a Koreaboo. But renaming yourself (first & lastname) with a Korean name, fetishising Korean people, only wanting to learn Korean to meet a spouse, & not caring about any of the essential aspects of Korean life like their culture, history, traditions, etc. that's what makes them Koreaboo's. It's not caring about the people or culture, it's just fetishism.
