Id sand the wood and re-stain it and seal it. You’d be surprised how BEAUTIFUL it’ll be. I wish yall the best of luck on your renovation 🙏

Floor would be gorgeous refinished!! Always on that team as someone who moved in to a house 3 years ago knowing it had hard wood under the carpet. I can’t wait to rip mine out and see what they look like!

I dont get why everyone is like “save the wooden flooring” some of us truly hate how it looks 😭 its old and no matter how much you sand and renovate it it still looks like its from last century (bc it is) .. I’d much rather have shiny tile with soft rugs or modern parquet flooring
