@sugarspiceddreams: fall baking 🤎 my fav chocolate chip cookie recipe ! recipe: ¾ cup butter, browned (170g) ⅔ cup brown sugar (133g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 egg (50g) 1 tsp vanilla (5g) 2 cups flour (240g) ½ tsp baking soda (3g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) ¼ tsp cinnamon (0.5g) & chocolate of your choice ( i used dark chocolate ) brown your butter and let it cool a bit, add your sugars and mix until combined. then whisk in your egg and vanilla until smooth then fold in your dry ingredients ( your dough might be crumbly but it’ll come together , mix with your hands if you need to. ) then add in your chocolate and fold that in. seperate your dough into golfball sized balls & bake at 350•F for 12-15 minutes. ( this may vary depending on your oven but take out when the edges are set and the middle is slightly soft. it’ll continue cooking on the baking sheet when taken out.) i made 10 cookies with this recipe :) #chocolatechipcookies #Recipe #baking #bakingrecipe #bakingtherapy
