You inspire me so much! I’m a new mum to a 6 month old and always feel like I look dingy and have very low self esteem, it’s nice to see it can get better, that you can rediscover yourself and get that self care back!

In regards to Aria throwing toys and hitting you, don’t give big reactions like ‘ow! That hurt mummy!’ Loudly. Just correct the behaviour in a neutral tone and move on from it as they feed of our energy and they can’t decipher between a good or bad reaction at this age but a big reaction will encourage her to do it again, when you give nothing to her it’s boring and not worth doing it again. And for onesies, my son is also 2.5yrs old and still loves wearing his onesies at home 😂

My advice for the behaviour would be to lower the amount of sugar and additives (like colour) she has. Both of these things can have a major impact on children’s emotions and behaviour and I think you’d see a huge difference if you restricted it a little more! 🥰

ECE here! Toddlers go through MAJOR phases, they’re learning the world around them & testing the boundaries is unfortunately part of that. Cause & effect is massive for them as well! Walking away from poor behaviour is sometimes the BEST option for not only the child, but yourself too. Continue to explain why behaviours aren’t okay & double up with the praising when you can/feel it’s appropriate! Something I’ve learnt is filling their cup EXTRA whenever you’ve taken from it (like redirecting, disciplining etc.) It lets them know even in challenging times you still love them & love to make them happy. Taking time out to regulate yourself before regulate them too especially after challenging behaviours. Overall every child is soo different. Love seeing your videos & think you’re AMAZING as a Mummy. This phase will pass 🩷

You’re such an amazing mother! I admire you and think you have a great balance with your girl. I started giving my daughter the ellaola multivitamin powder in her milk at night in hope I’d see improvements in her behaviour and I think it’s made small progress. 💕
