@optimistickitchen: Whenever I make a bone broth or stock that I’m going to be cooking for a long time like this batch, I don’t add vegetables. Cooking the bones and meat for a long period of time allows me to get the most benefit of breaking down the connective tissue for the most flavorful and collagen rich broth.😋#OptimisticKitchen #happyeating #makeyourkitchenyourhappyplace #bonebroth #creatorsearchinsights
Did you re-heat it when you put in your fat separator?

Weird question: do people wash and reuse their cheese cloth or just throw it away each time?

What if you only have one chicken carcass? Do you salt and pepper any of it? Great color.

I made bone broth using Costco rotisserie chicken bones and got this scum stuff on the top. How do you prevent that?

dumb question, when you cook with it, do you dilute it? I typically only use chicken broth and this seems so... idk rich? I dont know how else to describe it. I have 2 jars right now.
