Kefir is tart and tangy cultured milk that is rich in probiotics to support a healthy gut, protein, calcium, and vitamin D! Recipe; * 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats * ½ cup Lifeway’s Kefir @lifewaykefir * 1 cup almond milk * chopped walnuts * 1 teaspoon baking powder * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon * ¾ teaspoon ground ginger * ¼ teaspoon baking soda * ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg * 2 large eggs, at room temperature (whisked) * ¼ cup maple syrup Splash vanilla extract * ½ cup shredded carrot * ¼ cup raisins (optional) Bake until set and edges are starting to turn golden, 35 to 40 minutes. Greek Yogurt Glaze; 1/2cup Greek Yogurt 2 Tbsp honey Splash vanilla extract Store baked oats in the fridge up to one week or freezer up to one month.
