Nicole has cracked the code, and now you can easily make your favorite Costco Jalapeño Cranberry Dip right at home! 🧑‍🍳 Ingredients: 2/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries 3/4 cup boiling water 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, plus 1 teaspoon pickling brine from the jar 1/4 cup diced red onion 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup grated asiago cheese Directions: Place cranberries in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand for 3 minutes to soften slightly and drain. Add cranberries, jalapeno, pickled jalapeno, brine, red onion, and sugar into a food processor and pulse until very finely chopped.
