Potato cheese flatbread Ingredients For the dough 2 cups all purpose flour 1 pack instant yeast 2 tbsp greek yogurt 1/2 cup warm water 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp sugar For the potato cheese filling: 4 large potatoes 1/2 cup green onions ( sliced ) Salt to taste 1 tbsp red chili flakes 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 cup mozzarella cheese Sesame seeds for garnish Coriander for garnish Method: In a large bowl add flour, yogurt, salt and sugar. In a cup add water and yeast mix. Let it sit for 5 minutes then Knead the flour with water until you have a smooth ball of dough – add a small amount of flour if the dough is too sticky. Leave the dough for at least one hour. In a bowl add boiled potatoes, mash the potatoes and green onions and all the spices. Mix until well combined Divide the dough into ball shapes . Flatten the dough and add potato mixture, top it with cheese. Brush the sides of dough with milk or egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the dough is fully cooked and cheese is melted and golden. #potatoandcheese #flatbread #Recipe #asmrcooking
