Just because you brush your teeth, floss and mouthwash everyday it doesn’t mean you’re exempt to fillings. A lot depends on your genes and how you have looked after them 😁

I don't understand why you shouldn't rinse with water? because you have actually already cleaned your teeth with toothpaste, so why do you need to keep it in your mouth?

When u brush ur teeth b4 any food sweet sugary drink etc it protects ur teeth and gum. people get it wrong by brushing after eating. go on a motorbike without a helmet. no u put a helmet b4 u ride 1 thats an example protects
