i hate the fact i had to pay twice the fare becase the map was not working and the driver couldn't take corrections i ended up odering another one and paid twice the price since the first drive ended the trip ka sijafika destination aty ju road haingepitika...i believe you guys shld adjust your maps to avoid this things

am an ubet boda driver, the amount you see on your request is different with what I see mine is more before taxes and uber commissions, sometimes the app decides the route I should follow changing the route or the trip taking too long may adjust the prices, ukiwa na promotion hizo pesa mostly hu cover commissions zao and may seem unfair though for a driver well trained can never complain about them, just be nice to me and I will be to you, if you are not feeling comfy with the driver cancel, the way you rate the driver can either build his profile ama destroy his way of earning forever na aanze from square one, yes its that serious since uber mostly is for cooperate people, nikikukujia 4km halafu ucancel trip si hata wewe unaona hapo umenifanyia mbaya, thank you very important
