The customer service at the beginning was confusing and bumpy, and having to get up to look at the food is weird, reminded me of an ikea cafe, especially with the clanking and background chatter. The lighting was the only cool part. Glad you actually enjoyed the food at least though. Harrod's toilets look nicer I think.
