lawsuit! plus criminal charges! can't use physical violence to take keys from someone. they got a tow truck that's equipped to tow a car without keys! people need to start filling criminal charges and suing them in civil court. of course this could all be avoided if you pay your car note on time and or make arrangements with your lender
