I can’t believe I spent that many years feeling the way I did thinking it was normal. I certainly made lifestyle changes, but the biggest catalyst for change in my body was 100% adding Glutathione. Otherwise it doesn’t absorb and is just a waste of $$ 2) I do 10 squirts a day which is equivalent to about 60mg 3) the one I took doesn’t taste eggy like some other ones I’ve tried before. It’s a pretty refreshing berry flavor. I prefer it cold for what it’s worth. 4) I have never done glutei on injections. My understanding is that they raise glut levels within hours, but then those levels can fall rapidly as well. With a highly absorbable oral glutathione, it takes longer to build up, but also it would take longer for it to fall. i’m in it for the long haul so that is really more my speed, but to each their own.
