Things are symmetrical for a reason, the reason this isn’t used is because it’s a super unbalanced, even if you use computers to balance flight, it’s still lest flexible/versatile especially for unexpected manoeuvres

The asymmetrical wing is less draggy because it has a more spread out cross sectional area making supersonic flight much easier
