Hope our MP Yishun here will do something about it ....this happens in Blk 353 Yishun Ring Road here too very badly upstairs throwing rice or hair and cigarettes too I stay many years until now I never hang my clothes out called Town Council and email to MP also nobody helping 😕.....really very disappointed 😞.

十年都沒用，政府根本不懂怎么处理，他们只会叫你们去接受扶导，之后呢？问题还是一样，沒有解决。我巴西立大牌也是一样，楼上的不管楼下有没有衣服，把湿的拖把晒出去或诜囱口，丢烟头等！我没投诉，因为我知道没用，现在我自己在另一边囱口拉一条钢索来晒衣服，只要TC不要来说影响市容就好。

My hdb there’s an old lady that will throw Tupperware down from 8th floor whenever there’s kids playing at the playground. Normal playing noise, nothing outrageous. Video and call police, police say cannot do anything as Tupperware is not life threatening. Ask us call NEA. Must wait until someone die then take action?
