My dads a lawyer and I grew up watching my dad complain on how client under pay him . Sometime he takes those jobs just to put food on the table and put us through school. I remember when a new female lawyer was hired in the firm he was working. He thought he’d be relieved of some of the duties and it will be passed down to the new lawyer . It got worse . They’d always give my dad the dirty Job all the time and exclude the lady lawyer . Send my dad to states far away not booking him flight he’d take public transport to those places but if its the lady she’d be booked flight or a private car would take her to her destination . All of these hurt my dad sooo much . I’m not were I want to be yet but I promised my dad to give him the best life he deserves.

Hey tbh I would actually love too watch this movie with my mom cause before she retired my mom was a 9-5 but it was never 9-5 it was a 4-10 and she went all day everyday my mom is a real hustler and I know with what you are saying she might have experienced some of this in her office then and I just want her to know oh the whole journey was worth it!

I always tell my friends that I don’t have memories with my father he his never at home because he works in the site and yet we still do not have food on the table, yes my mum was the main provider and still we don’t have food on the table like others do in the compound. I want the ticket because I want to understand how my father feels when he can’t even feed his five children.
