🍯 Honey & Black Seed Blend Recipe 🌿 Ingredients (per 500g jar): • Raw honey – 450g • Whole black seeds (Nigella sativa) – 50g (grind fresh) Method: 1️⃣ Clean & Dry – Ensure jar, grinder, and spoon are completely dry to prevent spoilage. 2️⃣ Grind Seeds – Grind 50g black seeds into a fine powder in small bursts to preserve oils. 3️⃣ Mix – Add ground seeds to honey and stir gently until well combined. 4️⃣ Jar & Seal – Transfer into a sterilised glass jar and seal tightly. Storage: • Keep in a cool, dark place (avoid fridge). • Always use a dry spoon when scooping.
