The clutch adjuster dial near the lever is for fine tuning. You can pull the clutch line further out by the locknut adjusters near the clutch cover. It’s not broke. But the plates have probably been worn because it hasn’t been fully releasing the clutch

I had this issue with my 2013 636 it had too much oil in it and the pressure from it wouldn’t allow the clutch to fully disengage

1 hour fix on my aprilia rs 125. the clutch plates were misaligned and it was making the rpm’s rise, exactly like this video, all you have to do is adjust the cable not at the clutch lever, but a the clutch itself. something HE can do himself.

Maybe there is wrong with the oil cause that clutch is stopping it's weird the clutches brand-new if you use uncorrect oil it will make the clutch slip

Those levers can cause issues with improper clutch adjustment I’ve seen it a bunch of times I’d switch to a vertex lever if you still want aftermarket or put an oem back on
