just make a savings account with what you'd be paying on monthly insurance, if you need dental, X-rays or meds go to TG🥴

I dropped mine a few years ago and I’ve had better, less expensive direct care ever since. I’ll warn you tho, anytime I mention that on here TT viols the comment

I haven’t had insurance for 2 years. It was crazy expensive! I live in Arizona too. Can you tell me where in Mexico you go?

I just had to have ultrasound on my abdomen. 15 minute procedure. Clinic billed my insurance $1750……. But fortunately for me the insurance I spend $600 per month on took $250 off that bill. So I owe the clinic $1500 now. MAKES SO MUCH SENSE…. High deductible plans should be illegal. The entire industry needs to be dismantled and built back up from ground up. I’m feeling very done

i haven't had insurance in years. it's scary sometimes because of weird freak things that COULD happen.. but, just have to do what's right for your own situation. i too am normally healthy, plus now i have connections if i have something i need to deal with.

Health insurance is such a scam. I’m a chronic pain/illness patient so I’m not sure it will be worth it for me to cancel. I really utilize my insurance.

I haven’t had health insurance since 2012 😅 cash pay prices are so much lower than monthly insurance rates.

My husband’s pension from being a police officer for 25 years is basically the same as what our health insurance costs 😞

I’m with you. To cover my husband, myself and our son it was $2600 a month. We are rethinking for 2026 for sure.

It’s the fear that they put in us. They should teach us about health & wellness. 🥰✌ Love this message.

Affording it is one thing- dealing with denials is another when you really are sick and doctors and labs won’t treat you. It’s insane.
