10/10, very thorough without being redundant!! The only thing I would even slightly consider is that sometimes people think saying “guys” can be considered unprofessional, or just taken as offensive. I know you don’t mean it that way, but I’ve learned to shape the way I say things working in hospitality to try to not say that, I end up using “we’re” or just saying “you / number of guests” a lot lol. But I think that’s really more of a preference thing, and I assume most people would not take it any negative way.

Instead of saying ‘you guys’ I would maybe offer a more personalised approach and refer to them by their surname instead, Mr ______ etc - apart from that, great!!

I would honestly love to say this much, but I've learned to be as precise as possible, because the guest is 100% not taking in what I am saying, and honestly I get it, it's a lot.
