I’ve dealt with spirit and frontier both with issues… I can see why he’s mad. lol maybe not act the way he has been acting. Like when spirit closed their check in desk an hour earlier than the 2 hours before the flight, then wanted to charge me an additional $100 for a bag I had already paid for. Just an example
