Expandable saddle bag is a must for every day kit. Patch kit, multitool, spare tubes, tire levers, speed link, dollar bill or two for tire holes. Top tube bag for ride kit, food/sugar, battery/power bank, sleeves, etc.

I think a handle bar bag or a top tube bag would be what you want. For a handle bar bag, I think Rapha has a decent one or least they use to. Tailfin is a great option for a top tube bag.

REI has a great bike bag that’s goes on the top bar. Super easy to access while riding and pretty spacious that can fit phone keys snacks and other things you may need. I have one and can’t ever ride with out it

You should look into triseven~ its slim and can fit quite a bit depending on what size you get. And then you can get a saddle bag if you need extra space! I have a pic on my profile if you need a reference

i personally have both top tube bag and saddle bag but i like to sit on my top tube at longer red lights or lean on my top tube as a chair during breaks with no seats so i no longer bring my top tube bag, i also tried flipping my top tube bag under so its in the frame but with two bottle cages it doesnt fit. hope this helps! i bought my westbiking saddlebag w boa off aliexpress for like 8 dollars!
