Incorrect. These are not 2 separate choices you must make, it’s not one or the other. Allah didn’t create humans to only do one thing, there are parts of life outside of worship that are also good. Being happy in itself is a blessing. Smiling is a blessing. You should stray away from these strict ideologies, repeating them only stray others away.
