@devinedwelling: ✨ “Be a creator of your reality, not a victim of it.” — Joe Dispenza That one line sums up the past three years of my life. For decades, I lived as a victim of my reality trapped in cycles of substance abuse, depression, and deep self-hate. I didn’t know how to change… until I got so fed up with my own patterns that I finally decided to do something different. When I started this journey, I had no idea what I was doing, but I pressed record anyway. I started filming myself, not for anyone else, but for me. Seeing myself reflected back gave me clarity. It became a mirror, one I could use without shame or judgment, just awareness. And with awareness came change. Day by day, step by step , mentally, physically, and spiritually I rebuilt myself. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But with relentless consistency. Now, I live as the creator of my reality. If you’re over it… it’s not too late. This could be the beginning of your life. ✨ Save this as a reminder that you can always begin again. #GlowUp #over40women #over40tiktok #transformation ##midlifewomen
