🍚 1. Heat oil in a pan or wok. 2. Add garlic and sauté for a few seconds. 3. Add vegetables and stir-fry on high heat. 4. Add cooked rice and mix well. 5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. 6. Toss everything for 2–3 minutes. 7. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot. ⸻ 🍗 2. Chicken Biryani Ingredients: * 2 cups basmati rice * 250 g chicken * 1 onion (sliced) * 2 tomatoes (chopped) * 1/2 cup yogurt * 1 tbsp biryani masala * 1 tsp ginger garlic paste * 2 tbsp oil/ghee * Salt * Coriander & mint Instructions: 1. Cook rice until 70% done and set aside. 2. Heat oil, fry onions until golden. 3. Add ginger garlic paste, then chicken. 4. Add tomatoes, yogurt, spices, and cook well. 5. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. 2. Add chilies, curry leaves, and peanuts. 3. Add turmeric and cooked rice. 4. Mix well and add salt. 5. Turn off heat, add lemon juice. 6. Paneer Pulao Ingredients: * 2 cups basmati rice * 150 g paneer (cubes) * 1 onion * 1/2 cup peas * 1 tsp ginger garlic paste * 2 green chilies * 1 tsp garam masala * Oil/ghee * Salt Instructions: 1. Heat oil, fry paneer cubes lightly and set aside. 2. In same pan, sauté onion and green chilies. 3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook. 4. Add peas and spices. 5. Heat oil, sauté onion until soft. 2. Add ginger garlic paste. 3. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. 4. Add spices and mix well. 5. Add rice and mix evenly. 6. Cook for 2–3 minutes and serve. ⸻ 🌿 6. Jeera Rice Ingredients: * 2 cups cooked rice * 2 tbsp ghee * 1 tsp cumin seeds * 1 bay leaf * 1 green chili * Salt Instructions: 1. Heat ghee in a pan. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. 3. Add bay leaf and chili. 4. Add cooked rice and salt. 5. Mix gently and cook for 2–3 minutes. 6. Serve hot.
