It’s the bonnet. I would go for a more coquette fairy look and toss the little Bo peep thing unless you plan to make a sheep purse/prop and one of those Bo peep staffs from Toy Story. Otherwise, it’s cute and coquette. Be a lil fairy!

Bloomer and/or a petty coat to poof out the skirt. Little braids or low pig tails like the model has with little bows on the end if you do braids!! Maybe some what socks with the ruffles with cute pink heels. And then whatever jewelry you want but also maybe a sheep bag as well!!
