Vit b12 injections monthly also helps..you can get that at a pharmacy.Take your iron tablets with vit c and folic acid and you will feel the difference within 1 week

I take Mary Ruth’s liquid iron everyday with orange juice and I wait about an hour before I eat. I feel so much better. It took a couple weeks but it really makes a difference. I was very low, at about a 7. I’m at a 10 and climbing stairs like a champ. No more naps mid day. It tastes great, no side effects.

day 4 post 1st infusion, and I got flu symptoms today ☹️, my dizziness has improved but still there. I got told 2 weeks post infusion to start ferro grade C tablets, but my friend told me to try liquid iron, shes had several infusions. I hope this helps
