started calisthenics couple months ago and this my workout is it decent im learning pullups now and dips cuz i didnt before ### Warm-up (Optional)
- 1–2 minutes light jogging / dynamic stretches
### Main Circuit (Repeat 7 Rounds)
1. Push-ups – 10 reps (alternate bar/floor)
2. Jump squats – 10 reps
3. Lunges – 10 reps each leg
### Core / Plank
- Hollow hold – 3 × 1 min
- Front plank – 1 × 1 min
- Side plank – 2 × 1 min each side
### Optional / Progressions
- Frog pose practice
- Pull-ups (or negatives)
- Backpack / weighted progression (2–5 kg)
### Cool-down
- Stretch quads, hamstrings, chest, back, shoulders (2–3 min)
